US Consumer Product Safety Act (CPSC) Manufacturer and Importer Duties CERT-TRACK: Put permanent tracking labels on children's products and their packaging

Manufacturers of children's products must, to the extent practicable, place permanent distinguishing marks on the product and its packaging that let the manufacturer find the location and date of production and cohort (batch or run) information, and let the ultimate purchaser identify the manufacturer or private labeler, location and date of production and cohort information.
