For projects scheduled to last more than 30 working days with more than 20 workers simultaneously, or exceeding 500 person days, the client gives written notice (F10) with the Schedule 1 particulars to HSE (or the Office of Rail and Road or the Office for Nuclear Regulation where they enforce) as soon as practicable before construction starts, displays it in the site office and updates it as necessary.
