Associations, federations of associations, foundations and commercial companies active in cybersecurity must complete certification, authorisation and accreditation under the principles the Presidency sets within one year after the implementing regulations (due within one year of the Law, Provisional Article 1(6)) enter into force; until they do, they may not operate in cybersecurity. Associations, foundations and federations that fail are dissolved by court decision on the Presidency's request under the Civil Code; companies that fail must remove cybersecurity references from their trade name and objects in their articles of association or start liquidation for deletion from the trade register.
