Turkey Cybersecurity Law (Law No. 7545) 8.4: Article 8(4): keep systems open for audit and provide the audit infrastructure

Anyone audited under the Law must keep the relevant devices, systems, software and hardware open for audit within the periods given, and take the measures needed to supply the infrastructure the audit requires and keep it working. Failure carries an administrative fine of 100,000 to 1 million Turkish lira, or for commercial companies not less than 100,000 lira and up to 5% of gross sales in the independently audited annual financial statements (Article 16(11)).
