Public institutions and critical infrastructures must procure the cybersecurity products, systems and services they use from cybersecurity experts, manufacturers or companies that the Presidency has authorised and certified. The Presidency sets the technical criteria for such products and services and for the businesses supplying them, the criteria for software, hardware, products and services with a cybersecurity effect used in their information systems, and minimum security criteria, and may require products to be brought into line with its standards and prevent use of those that are not (Articles 5(1)(ı), 6(1)(h) and 6(1)(ı)). Failing the duty carries an administrative fine of 1 million to 10 million Turkish lira (Article 16(10)).
This control maps to 2 controls across 2 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 2 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
