Those within scope must carry out the requirements of the policies, strategies and action plans the Presidency develops to raise cyber maturity and of its other published regulatory acts, and take the necessary measures. Policy, strategy and action plan decisions are taken by the Cybersecurity Board, which may exempt institutions from all or part of them (Article 9(4)(a)); the Presidency may classify those within scope and issue provisions that cover only some of them (Article 6(1)(g)).
