The Regulator may suspend, revoke or amend a licence (or suspend or de-register a service provider) for unpaid amounts, material non-compliance not remedied within 20 business days of a notice, false or misleading statements, loss of eligibility, insolvency, treaty changes or with consent, after at least 10 business days for comments and with regard to service continuity; licensees may surrender or withdraw by written notice.
