What does 11.6.3 require?

Dry goods stores are away from wet areas and built to protect product from contamination and deterioration and keep packaging from harbouring pests (11.6.3.1); packaging racks are impervious and allow cleaning and inspection of floors and behind racks, and storage areas are cleaned at a set frequency (11.6.3.2).
