Article 9: natural persons have the right to information, including automatic notifications, on any access to their data through the health professional access service, including vital-interest access; it is provided free and without delay through the access services, kept at least three years from each access, and states at least the provider or individual who accessed, date and time, and data accessed; Member States may restrict it exceptionally where disclosure would endanger the professional's vital interests or rights or the person's care.
