Regulation on the European Health Data Space (EHDS) 11: Give health professionals access to the relevant priority data of their patients, including across borders

Articles 11 and 12: health professionals processing data electronically have access to the relevant and necessary data of patients under their treatment through health professional access services, whatever the Member States of affiliation and treatment, cross-border through MyHealth@EU, covering at least the priority categories; Member States set rules on which categories each type of professional or task may access (those of the Member State of treatment apply across borders); the services are free, available only to professionals holding recognised eIDAS or common-specification identification means, and present data in a user-friendly way.
