Queensland Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008 s61: s 61 Written agreement with standard and special terms and the date of the last rent increase

The lessor or agent ensures the residential tenancy agreement is in writing, clear and precise, and includes the prescribed standard terms (with their required details properly filled in), any special terms and, unless the lessor is an exempt lessor, the day the rent was last increased within the meaning of s 93. The lessor bears the cost of preparing it.
