A committee meeting is called by written notice to committee members stating when and where it is held, at least 7 days beforehand (2 days if all voting members agreed to the shorter period). Advice of the meeting, with the agenda, must go on the noticeboard if the body corporate keeps one and to each owner individually, other than an owner who has opted out. The agenda states the substance of the issues, and must include a motion to confirm the previous minutes and any resolution passed outside a meeting.
