Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997
Committee (Act ch 3 pt 1 div 2; Standard Module ch 3) – Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997

Queensland Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 s100-101: ss 100 and 101 Committee decisions and putting resolutions into effect

A decision of the committee is a decision of the body corporate, except on restricted issues, and a committee decision overrides an inconsistent decision of a body corporate manager. The committee must act reasonably in deciding, and must put the lawful decisions of the body corporate into effect. A decision made by people honestly and reasonably believing they are the committee is still a committee decision despite a defect in election.
