Every authority is subject to the Schedule 3 conditions, conditions set by the Act or regulations and conditions the Secretary imposes on issue or later by notice, and the holder must not contravene them (40 penalty units for a corporation, 20 otherwise). The Schedule 3 conditions require written notice to the Secretary within 7 days of: for any contractor licence, a material change in the circumstances behind permission for a supervisor to act for several licences or an exemption from having a nominated supervisor, a nominated supervisor ceasing to be an employee, member or director (with name, authority type and number), and a new nominated supervisor (with the consent declaration); for an individual licensee or supervisor certificate holder, becoming or ceasing to be a nominated supervisor for another licence and any material change behind a multi-licence permission; for a partnership, changes in membership or names, dissolution and the corporate member particulars; for a company, any change of directors with each new and former director's name, date of birth and address; further details on request; and the loss, theft, defacement or destruction of an authority. Under s 19 and the uniform procedures Act, changes in name, address or other registered particulars are also notified within 7 days. Complying with a rectification order is a licence condition (ss 48E(5), 49B(6)).
