A licensee must give the Commission particulars of any change that makes its licensee register particulars inaccurate within 14 days after the change (20 penalty units); notify within 14 days, in the approved form, being given an interstate or New Zealand licence or having one suspended or cancelled (20 penalty units); and notify within 14 days any change to the residential address, email address or phone number it gave the Commission (10 penalty units), unless it has a reasonable excuse.
