An approved training organisation may certify a person only when three facts line up: the person met the required units of competency in the way the Food Authority's determination prescribes, the units were achieved through that same organisation at a time it held approval, and no more than six months have passed between achieving them and the certificate being issued (the window was five years until 1 March 2026). Where the training provider was never approved, or has since closed or lost its approval, the person applies to the Food Authority within six months of completing the units and the Authority issues the certificate instead.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
