It is a condition of every approval that no individual delivers supervisor training or assessment for the organisation unless the Food Authority has approved that individual in writing. The Authority approves only people who meet the trainer and assessor requirements of the national Standards for Registered Training Organisations. The organisation lodges the documents and information the Authority needs on the approved form and first obtains the trainer's consent to that disclosure.
