What does 14-15 require?

Every food safety supervisor certificate is produced on the template the Food Authority approves and carries an identifying number the Authority assigns. An approved training organisation pays the Authority 30 dollars for each certificate it issues, and neither the organisation nor the Authority may ask the person receiving it for more than 30 dollars for issuing it.

12-13 Issue a food safety supervisor certificate only to a person who achieved the Authority's required units through the issuing organisation, while it was approved, within the six months before issue
17 Hold Food Authority approval before training or assessing anyone for a food safety supervisor certificate; apply in the approved form with the 100 dollar application and 1,200 dollar approval fees, and renew each year
19 Use only trainers and assessors the Food Authority has approved in writing, supplying their documents in the approved form with each individual's consent
