A supplier subject to default/customised or individual price-quality regulation must comply with the price-quality path that applies to it: the maximum prices or revenues (or rate of change) for the regulatory period and the quality standards the path specifies, with the consequences the path sets for non-compliance. The supplier may propose a customised price-quality path under sections 53Q to 53X with the verification, assessment and timing rules that apply, must pay the Commission's assessment costs, and must provide the information the Commission requires under section 53N to monitor compliance (including certified compliance statements), in addition to section 98 notices.
