Where negotiate/arbitrate regulation applies, the supplier and the acquirers of the regulated goods or services must negotiate the terms and conditions of supply within the framework and time frames the section 52P determination sets, including any information disclosure requirements that support the negotiation; if no settlement is reached within the time frame, by negotiation or voluntary arbitration, the parties must go to arbitration under section 53J on the terms the determination sets, with the arbitrator bound to apply the input methodologies.
