The entrepreneur ensures that persons who are or were on a candidate list, current and former council and committee members, a secretary he has assigned to the council and the person who took the initiative to institute a council are not disadvantaged in their position in the undertaking because of their candidacy or membership; each of them, or the council, may ask the cantonal court to order compliance. (Dismissal protection for these persons is in the Civil Code, art. 7:670.)
