Netherlands Works Councils Act (WOR) 17: Art. 17 Provide facilities, let the council consult staff and let it meet in paid working time

The entrepreneur must let the council, the committees and any secretary he has assigned to use the facilities at his disposal that they reasonably need for their task, and must enable the council and committees to consult the persons working in the undertaking and give those persons the opportunity to cooperate, as far as reasonably necessary. The council and committees meet as far as possible during normal working hours, and members keep their right to pay for time spent at meetings.
