What does 5.4.9 require?

If Acquirer-provided product is lost, damaged or otherwise unsuitable for its intended use under the contract, the Supplier immediately informs the Acquirer and the GQAR and keeps documented information; when it finds Acquirer-supplied product unsuitable, it immediately reports to and agrees remedial action with the Acquirer and also informs the GQAR. SRD.2: AS9100D 8.5.3 reports to the customer; the NATO part is immediate notice to the GQAR too. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 clause 8.5.3 (customer and provider property).
