NATO AQAP 2110 - Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development, and Production 5.4.2: 5.4.2 Hold the post-award GQA meeting, keep lines to the GQAR and report organisational changes

When the Acquirer or GQAR asks, the Supplier and External Providers attend a post-award GQA meeting on the contract's quality assurance arrangements and GQA practicalities. The Supplier establishes lines of communication with the GQAR or Acquirer, the management representative ensures they receive adequate information, and the Supplier notifies them of organisational changes that affect product quality or the QMS. SRD.1: the post-award meeting agrees contacts, planned QA, what counts as evidence and delivery timing, and may use the SRD.1 Annex D template. SRD.2: treated as part of AS9100D 8.2.1 and 7.4. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 8.2.1 (customer communication).
