NATO AQAP 2110 - Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development, and Production 5.4.11: 5.4.11 Release only acceptable product with a Certificate of Conformity and give 10 working days notice of Acquirer inspections

The Supplier releases only acceptable product for delivery, and the GQAR or Acquirer may reject nonconforming product. Unless instructed otherwise, a Certificate of Conformity (the Supplier's signed statement that the product conforms to the contract, 3.3.3) accompanies release to the GQAR or Acquirer. The Supplier alone is responsible for the conformance of products it provides. Where the GQAR or Acquirer must perform final inspection or formal acceptance, the Supplier gives at least 10 working days notice unless the contract states otherwise. SRD.1 Annex F gives the minimum Certificate of Conformity content: supplier, product identification with serial or batch and any concessions, the conformity statement, specification reference, date and place, and the signatory's name, position and signature. SRD.2: against AS9100D 8.6. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 clause 8.6 (release).
