NATO AQAP 2110 - Quality Assurance Requirements for Design, Development, and Production 5.4.6.3: Share sub-contracts and notify the GQAR of risky sub-contracts and rejected supplied product

What does 5.4.6.3 require?

On request the Supplier gives the GQAR or Acquirer copies of sub-contracts, orders and related documents and their changes for contract products. It tells them when a sub-contract or order covers a critical item, a large share of the work, design, technically immature solutions, or a provider whose record is unknown or poor, and when an externally provided product identified as involving risk, or from an External Provider identified as a risk, is rejected, reworked or repaired. SRD.2: AS9100D carries no duty to tell the government customer about risky subcontracts, so the notifications remain NATO additions. Base clause: ISO 9001:2015 clause 8.4.3 (information to providers).
