Annex A disclosure item (Data control) that a public provider completes for each cloud service: Confirmation that data placed on the service belongs to the customer apart from stated exceptions, and whether the customer also owns derived data and usage attributes, apart from stated uses such as advertising, marketing or usage statistics. Items the provider cannot or will not disclose carry a remark, and the completed form is signed by the provider and the certification body's lead auditor.
