Annex A disclosure item (Service support) that a public provider completes for each cloud service: Which virtual machine and download formats, operating systems, language versions and database formats are supported, whether a portability policy or guide exists, which APIs are offered (common REST or SOAP, or proprietary), and how data can be retrieved at termination or during a long outage (physical media, standard transfer methods or other). Items the provider cannot or will not disclose carry a remark, and the completed form is signed by the provider and the certification body's lead auditor.
