Annex A disclosure item (Service support) that a public provider completes for each cloud service: How the provider handles changes, migrations and planned interruptions: advance notice, help to migrate when an older offering is withdrawn, a period during which the customer may stay on the previous version, and customer choice over when a change takes effect. Items the provider cannot or will not disclose carry a remark, and the completed form is signed by the provider and the certification body's lead auditor.
