MTCS (Singapore) A.25: Disclosure: Network resiliency and elasticity

Annex A disclosure item (Service elasticity) that a public provider completes for each cloud service: Network resilience and elasticity: redundant internet and internal links, selectable bandwidth, the maximum usable IP addresses, load-balanced ports and protocols, DDoS protection, layered defences, traffic isolation, shared or dedicated bandwidth, quality-of-service control, usage alerts, and minimum peak performance and scale-up time. Items the provider cannot or will not disclose carry a remark, and the completed form is signed by the provider and the certification body's lead auditor.
