MTCS (Singapore) A.24: Disclosure: Capacity elasticity

Annex A disclosure item (Service elasticity) that a public provider completes for each cloud service: Capacity elasticity: a programmatic scaling interface, typical time to start and stop instances, alerts on unusually high use, minimum performance at peak, minimum time to scale up and the minimum additional capacity guaranteed per account. Items the provider cannot or will not disclose carry a remark, and the completed form is signed by the provider and the certification body's lead auditor.
