Annex A disclosure item (Legal and compliance) that a public provider completes for each cloud service: The laws, standards and schemes the service conforms to, for example Singapore's PDPA, the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000 certifications, ISO 9000 quality management, the CSA Open Certification Framework and PCI DSS, or others named. Items the provider cannot or will not disclose carry a remark, and the completed form is signed by the provider and the certification body's lead auditor.
