Before concluding a specified-burden contract with an individual who trades without a shop, the MLM operator delivers a document outlining the MLM business; after conclusion it delivers without delay a contract document covering the goods or services, the terms of resale or referral, the specified burden, cancellation matters (including Articles 40 and 40-2) and ordinance items.
