Organisers and solicitors must not, when soliciting individuals who trade without a shop or to prevent cancellation, intentionally withhold facts or make false statements about the goods or services, the specified burden, cancellation, the specified profits or other important matters; general operators must not make false statements on them; none may intimidate, or solicit in a non-public place a person lured without being told the purpose. Breach is a criminal offence (Article 70); the minister may demand grounds for product and profit claims (Article 34-2); the recruit may rescind (Article 40-3). Providing an assertive judgment that profits are certain, and annoying solicitation after refusal, ground instructions (Article 38).
