Japan Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976) Art.33-2: Art. 33-2 Disclosure before MLM solicitation

Before soliciting for a multilevel marketing transaction (a transaction luring people with specified profits from recruiting others, in exchange for a specified burden such as buying goods or paying fees), the organiser, solicitor or general operator discloses its name (and for solicitors and general operators, the organiser's name), that the purpose is to solicit a contract involving a specified burden, and the kind of goods or services.
