Japan Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Act No. 57 of 1976) Art.36: Art. 36 No exaggerated MLM advertising

MLM advertising must not be markedly contrary to fact or mislead about the performance or quality of goods, the content of rights or services, the specified burden, the specified profits or other ordinance matters; failure to substantiate on demand deems it exaggerated (Article 36-2); breach is fined (Article 72).
