ITIL 4 4.3.3: Progress iteratively with feedback

What does 4.3.3 require?

Avoid trying to do it all at once: break work into smaller parts that can be managed and finished on time, with each iteration managed and producing concrete results, and keep reassessing initiatives as circumstances shift. Feedback gathered throughout the value chain shows how users and customers perceive value, how efficient the value chain activities are, how effective governance and controls are, how partner interfaces are working, and what demand exists for services. Timeboxed iterations with feedback bring flexibility, quicker responses, earlier discovery of failure and higher quality. Understand the whole but act anyway; ask for feedback all the time; and remember that quick does not mean unfinished (the minimum viable product).
