New registrants and renewing registrants with no favourable determinations in the 12 months ending 90 days before expiry pay the Tier 1 fee of $3,000; renewing registrants with five or fewer favourable determinations pay Tier 2 of $4,000; those with more than five pay Tier 3, $4,000 plus $1,100 for each favourable determination over five, subject to published discounts for tax-exempt and low-value registrants (122.3).
