Italy Workers' Statute (Law 300/1970) Art. 22: Art. 22 Obtain the union's clearance before transferring union leaders and candidates

The transfer out of the production unit of RSA leaders, candidates and members of the internal committee may be ordered only with the prior clearance (nulla osta) of their union. The protection lasts until the end of the third month after the election for candidates and until the end of the year after the end of office for others; the reinstatement rules of art. 18 also apply.
