Company union representations (RSA) may be set up on the workers' initiative in every production unit within unions that are signatories of the collective agreements applied in the unit; per the Constitutional Court also within unions that took part in negotiating those agreements (judgment 231/2013) and within the comparatively most representative unions at national level (judgment 156/2025, in force 6 November 2025). In multi-unit companies the representations may set up coordinating bodies. Letter (a) was repealed by referendum (D.P.R. 312/1995).
