Italy Workers' Statute (Law 300/1970) Art. 20: Art. 20 Allow paid workplace assemblies up to ten hours a year

Workers have the right to meet in their production unit outside working hours and, within ten hours a year paid at the normal rate, during working hours; collective bargaining may improve this. Meetings, of all workers or groups, are called by the RSA with an agenda on union and work matters and notified to the employer; external union officials may attend with prior notice to the employer.
