Italy Workers' Statute (Law 300/1970) Art. 21: Art. 21 Allow union referendums on the premises outside working hours

The employer must allow referendums, general or by category, on union matters to be held within the company outside working hours, called jointly by all the RSA, with the right of all workers of the unit and category concerned to take part. Collective agreements may set further arrangements.
