ISO/IEC 17025:2017 - General Requirements for Testing and Calibration 7.8.1: General

Results shall be checked and authorized before they are released and shall be given in a clear, accurate, objective and unambiguous way, normally in a report (a test report, a calibration certificate or a sampling report) that holds everything agreed with the customer, everything needed to interpret the results and everything the method calls for. Every report issued shall be kept as a technical record. If the customer agrees, results may be reported in a simpler form, provided any information from 7.8.2 through 7.8.7 that is left out can easily be obtained.
