Outputs are a determined and provided resource base, competence defined per continuity role with the evidence per person and gap actions evaluated, awareness that covers policy, contribution, consequence and the person's own part before during and after a disruption, a communication plan that settles what, when, with whom, how and by whom, and controlled documented information with a register, an approval route and access, retention and disposition rules. Its outcome is that people, information and channels are ready before they are needed.
