ISO/DIS 22333 PRM-3: Plan BCMS change, risk and objectives as a process

What does PRM-3 require?

Keep the management system's own planning separate from disruption planning. The process takes the issues and obligations from the context process, performance results and change proposals as input and produces a register of risks and opportunities to BCMS effectiveness, objectives with a plan and a measure attached, and a change record for every material BCMS change that states why it is made, what it could affect, whether the system stays intact, what resources it needs and who becomes accountable. Its outcome is a BCMS that changes on purpose, with the effects thought through, instead of drifting through document version bumps.
