ISO/DIS 22333 PRM-12: Correct nonconformity and improve the BCMS continually

What does PRM-12 require?

Close the loop. The process takes audit findings, evaluation results, incidents, exercise findings and management review decisions as input and produces a nonconformity register with the immediate correction, a root cause analysis, an extent-of-condition check for similar failures elsewhere, a corrective action proportionate to the effect, an effectiveness review, any resulting BCMS change, and an improvement backlog with both qualitative and quantitative items traceable to their source. Its outcome is a BCMS that gets more suitable, adequate and effective over successive cycles, not one that only changes after something breaks.
