Interested parties mean more than customers alone, and every relevant one deserves attention; finding them is part of working out the organisation's context. A party counts as relevant where failing to meet its needs and expectations would put the organisation's survival at significant risk, so the organisation decides what results it must deliver to such parties to lower that risk, and it works to attract, win and hold on to the backing of the relevant parties its success depends on.
