Suitable hygiene facilities are available and maintained. They sit near the points at which hygiene requirements apply, are clearly designated and kept clean; there are enough places to wash, dry and where required disinfect hands, with basins, water at a suitable temperature plus soap or sanitiser; enough toilets of hygienic design, kept well apart from production, each with its own facilities for washing and drying hands (and disinfecting them when needed); and adequate changing and storage facilities for everyone who works in production and storage.
