For each asset identified under 5.1.3, the appointing party sets the AIR (Figure 2) needed to satisfy its OIR, covering what all relevant interested parties require, such as its own departments, local authorities and regulators. It considers why asset information is managed as an organizational resource (ISO 55000), who owns the assets and their information, information needed for groups of assets and not only for individual ones, and, where an ISO 55001 system is in place, its asset management strategy and plans (the appointing party then being that standard's organization). Annex A.4 gives examples of the managerial, technical, legal, commercial and financial information an AIM may need.
This control maps to 1 controls across 1 other frameworks. If you already hold one of them, the evidence you collected for it is the starting point here rather than new work.
Every mapping shown was judged rather than inferred from wording similarity, and the ones that failed review are published too. See the coverage reports and what was rejected.
The graph holds this control, the 1 it maps to, and the evidence behind each claim, over MCP and REST.
