ISO 19650 - Organisation and Digitisation of Information about Buildings and Civil Engineering Works (BIM) 3:4.1: 4.1 Information management process associated with the operational phase of assets

The Figure 4 process is to be run for the whole operational phase of every asset identified under 5.1.3 and, for an existing asset, applied to all of the legacy information about it; it is to work inside, or be linked to, whatever enterprise systems and organizational functions are needed to implement it well. Figure 4 arranges the eight activity groups (assessment and need through AIM aggregation) into branches: M, an appointment made before the trigger event; N, information received from another appointing party or asset owner when an asset is acquired; and P, an appointment made after the trigger event or a delivery phase run under ISO 19650-2.
